SISP is Shaker International Scholarship Programs. Operation Bangladesh is its humanitarian initiative concerning Bangladesh. This record brings together the initiative’s history, the accounts of those involved and the evidence needed to examine what happened.

Operation Bangladesh founder Morad Shaker has designated 25,000 beneficiary allocations for Timor-Leste through the Founders’ 11 expansion. The organization says registration, eligibility, verification and implementation procedures are still to be developed.
