Shaker Global News is organized separately from the other nonprofit organizations, foundations, and global initiatives associated with Morad Shaker. Its separate structure is intended to provide a clear institutional home for the publication and its editorial activities.

Shaker Global News may report on organizations or initiatives associated with its founder. Such relationships do not remove the publication's responsibility to identify relevant affiliations and apply reasonable standards of accuracy, attribution, and correction.

Shaker Global News was founded by Morad Shaker and is initially supported through founder funding. We believe transparency about this relationship is preferable to obscuring it.

Founder funding supports the operation and development of the publication. It does not create a right for outside parties to purchase favorable editorial treatment, nor does it eliminate the need to distinguish factual reporting from founder commentary, official statements, advocacy, or organizational communications.

Governance arrangements may develop as Shaker Global News grows. The publication seeks to maintain clear responsibility for organizational oversight, editorial standards, financial integrity, and public accountability.

Any future funding arrangements, sponsorships, advertising relationships, partnerships, or governance changes should be evaluated for potential conflicts and disclosed when materially relevant.
