Program rules

1. No application fee is charged.
2. No public donations are requested.
3. Applying does not guarantee approval or continued support.
4. False information may cause rejection or removal.
5. Support may be paused, reviewed, renewed, or ended.
6. Child privacy comes first. Sensitive family records and verification details remain private.
7. No leader may promise a scholarship before a recorded decision.
8. An authorized Scholarship Admin may approve a verified application; the Founder approves Scholarship Admin access.
9. A public child profile requires a separate privacy and consent review.
10. Reports of misuse may be submitted privately.

Public profiles and engagement

Only an approved child may receive an approved public profile. Visitors may be invited to support a scholar’s dream, but public votes or comments never replace verification, an authorized Scholarship Admin’s decision, or a separate public-profile safety review. No visitor is asked to judge a child based on private family hardship.

Information that remains private

Never publish legal documents, home addresses, phone numbers, death certificates, private family details, verification questions, or sensitive hardship photos. Public profiles may include only approved details such as a protected display name, district, age range, education level, dream, journey, and status.
