The foundation was created to recognize people who serve or have served in the U.S. military, public safety, and emergency response, while developing future opportunities for them and their families.
A Founder-Funded Commitment
Morad Shaker funds the foundation. It says it will neither seek nor accept donations from the public, governments, political or religious groups, businesses, or foreign organizations. Its work is intended to grow through independent planning and a long-term commitment to service.
Communities the Foundation Intends to Serve
The foundation’s intended community includes active-duty military personnel, veterans, former service members, law-enforcement and public-safety professionals, firefighters, paramedics, rescue personnel, other eligible emergency-service and national-security professionals, and their families.
Its mission extends across five generations. When future opportunities become available, both current and former eligible personnel may be considered under the applicable verification and program requirements.

The foundation is exploring future pathways involving recognition, family support, education, emergency assistance, and related programs. The launch does not establish automatic benefits or open immediate enrollment.
