A founder-initiated petition has now been opened on behalf of the people of Wyoming, United States, with the approval and direct decision of Morad Shaker, Founder of Operation Bangladesh. With this move, Operation Bangladesh has officially opened its door to Wyoming — and perhaps to something far larger than most people can understand today.

To many observers, this may appear to be only a new petition. To others, it may look like a symbolic expansion from Bangladesh to the United States. But in the eyes of Morad Shaker, this decision carries a deeper meaning. It opens a hidden door — one whose full result may not be visible immediately, and one whose long-term impact may only be understood as the mission continues to develop.

There is a larger story behind this move. There is a strategic and humanitarian meaning behind it. And according to the founder’s vision, this step may one day affect Bangladesh, third-world countries, America, and millions of people who may become connected to the system in the future.

Only the creator of this mission truly understands the full depth of what this decision may unlock.

Operation Bangladesh was born through sacrifice, pain, faith, and a deep desire to serve five million of forgotten and underprivileged people in Bangladesh. It began as a mission focused on Bangladesh — especially underprivileged children, families, and communities who were waiting for dignity, opportunity, and support. But today, the mission is no longer limited to one border, one country, or one original framework.

The opening of Operation Bangladesh to Wyoming marks the first formal movement of the mission into a first-world country. It is a powerful and unusual step — one that connects a Bangladesh-born humanitarian vision with the United States of America, beginning with the respected State of Wyoming new home for SISP.

This move is also closely tied to SISP — Shaker International Scholarship Programs, which is now registered in Wyoming, USA. Since Operation Bangladesh is an initiative under SISP, Morad Shaker believes it is meaningful and appropriate for the home state of SISP to become part of the humanitarian vision. SISP moved from Bangladesh to United States after its right been violated by group of Criminal Collage students of Bangladesh ( April of 2025) and law and order in Bangladesh protected them until today May 19. 2026. Mr. Shaker returned SISP to United States to serve the world from here great state of Wyoming where the servant of people have respect and protected by law.

But this announcement is not only about geography. It is about direction. It is about structure. It is about a door being opened that may later connect communities, countries, petitions, beneficiaries, and future humanitarian systems through a much larger framework and many other benefits to the world which Morad Shaker strongly believe US base people are the most deserve nation now to receive it.

In the eyes of Morad Shaker, America represents a land where good work is often appreciated, accountability matters, and people understand the value of service. He sees America as a place where communities cooperate, where public benefit can be recognized, and where positive work can grow when it is built with honesty, discipline, and purpose.

That is why Wyoming matters.

Wyoming is not just a new location on the map. It represents an American foundation point for a mission that began through Bangladesh but is now moving toward a global humanitarian future. Through Operation Bangladesh, the Hope Registry, SISP, and the Shaker Global Poverty Reduction Ecosystem, this new step may create a pathway that reaches far beyond what people can see today.

The story of Samia Islam Farzana remains part of this turning point. Her actions changed the direction of the mission and became part of the history that pushed Operation Bangladesh into a broader global reconsideration. Without focusing on negativity, this moment shows how one incident, one person, and one difficult chapter can unexpectedly change the course of an international humanitarian mission.

Instead of stopping the work, Morad Shaker chose to expand it. Instead of allowing the original vision to be weakened, he chose to strengthen it, protect it, and build a new path forward.

As the founder, Morad Shaker has described this decision as one of deep personal meaning. He believes that the moment this move begins, it may surprise many people. And when the broader system is completed, it may change many things for Bangladesh, for developing nations, for America, and for people who may one day benefit from this structure.

“This is a decision I am proud of,” the founder’s message reflects. “I hope God helps me on this path I have chosen.”

From Bangladesh to Wyoming, from pain to purpose, and from one country’s dream to a global humanitarian door, Operation Bangladesh has entered a new chapter.

The full meaning of this move may not be clear today. But one thing is certain: Morad Shaker has opened a door in Wyoming — and behind that door may be a future that only the creator of this mission fully understands.
