Operation Bangladesh, the flagship humanitarian initiative founded by Morad Shaker, has officially expanded its access framework to Thailand, marking the first major extension of Operation Bangladesh beyond its original focus in Bangladesh.
Developed under the vision of Morad Shaker—a philanthropist based in the beautiful Hawaiian Islands of the United States—Operation Bangladesh was originally designed to support millions within underprivileged communities across Bangladesh. Now, the initiative is entering a new phase, opening structured access to neighboring countries through a controlled and petition-based system.
Morad Shaker, who is also the founder of Shaker International Scholarship Programs (SISP) and the visionary behind the emerging Shaker International Emergency Task Force (currently in formation), is expanding the reach of Operation Bangladesh in response to growing international engagement and demand.
Under this newly introduced framework, citizens of Thailand are now eligible to submit personal, community, or national petitions directly to the founder. These petitions provide a formal pathway for individuals and representatives to request inclusion within the Operation Bangladesh system. If approved through structured review, a portion of the initiative’s allocation—originally designed for Operation Bangladesh—may be reassigned to support communities outside Bangladesh.
