Operation Bangladesh and the Shaker Global Poverty Reduction Ecosystem have officially approved a citizen-led petition opened on behalf of the Republic of Maldives, marking another important step in the controlled international extension of Operation Bangladesh.

The petition was initiated by a Maldivian citizen who met Morad Shaker, Founder of Operation Bangladesh, SISP, and the Shaker Global Poverty Reduction Ecosystem, during his visits to Maldives over the past six months. Mr. Shaker visited Maldives twice during this period and had several brief in-person discussions with the citizen during those visits. Communication continued afterward, allowing the citizen to learn more about the humanitarian vision, structure, and long-term purpose of Operation Bangladesh and the Shaker Global Poverty Reduction Ecosystem.

Following this continued communication and understanding of the program, the citizen opened a petition on behalf of the people of Maldives.

After review, the petition has been approved for an initial allocation of 25,000 individuals from Maldives to be considered for future entry into the Shaker Global Poverty Reduction Ecosystem beginning in 2027, subject to registration, verification, eligibility review, and final approval procedures.

Operation Bangladesh was originally created with a Bangladesh-origin humanitarian vision. However, due to implementation barriers and the need for protected, structured, and responsible humanitarian access, selected international pathways are now being opened under controlled review. Maldives has now become part of this growing global activity through a citizen-led petition process.

This development reflects the broader direction of Operation Bangladesh: to expand humanitarian opportunity where verified need exists and where responsible access can be organized through petitions, review, and future ecosystem registration.

The approval of the Maldives petition does not represent automatic benefit or immediate enrollment. It creates a reserved pathway for future consideration, allowing eligible individuals from Maldives to be reviewed for possible participation once the ecosystem begins its next stage of implementation.

Operation Bangladesh respectfully acknowledges the people of Maldives and this citizen-led step toward future humanitarian opportunity.

Operation Bangladesh Maldives now stands as part of the international extension of the Shaker Global Poverty Reduction Ecosystem.

Founded by Morad Shaker, Operation Bangladesh continues to move forward with a long-term mission: to create structured, responsible, and sustainable poverty-reduction pathways for vulnerable people, beginning from its Bangladesh-origin vision and expanding through carefully reviewed international participation.
