Headquartered in the State of Wyoming, USA, the Shaker Global Animal Protection Foundation is a private, founder-funded nonprofit organization and a member of the Shaker International Enterprises family of organizations. Through education, international cooperation, strategic partnerships, and public awareness, the Foundation is building a worldwide network dedicated to preserving the future of animals and protecting the planet's most vulnerable species.
Our Mission
The number one mission of the Shaker Global Animal Protection Foundation is to help protect, preserve, and advocate for endangered animal species and their natural habitats across every continent and, wherever possible, in every country through international partnerships, education, research, public awareness, and strategic conservation initiatives.
The Foundation's primary focus is not local animal shelter operations or domestic rescue programs. Instead, SGAPF is dedicated to working internationally with governments, conservation organizations, universities, researchers, wildlife experts, and nonprofit partners to help preserve endangered species and biodiversity for future generations. Whenever possible, the Foundation also welcomes opportunities to support positive animal welfare initiatives that align with its mission and values.
The appointment of Vatcharin Kaewkaiw represents another important step toward building an international family of ambassadors who share the belief that compassion toward animals is a universal responsibility that transcends borders, cultures, and languages.

About the Founder
Morad Shaker, Founder and President of the Shaker Global Animal Protection Foundation, recently relocated from Honolulu, Hawaii, to Wyoming on July 25, 2026, establishing Wyoming as the international headquarters of the Foundation.
Before relocating to Wyoming, Morad Shaker completed an approximately eight-and-a-half-month international journey focused on expanding humanitarian, conservation, and organizational partnerships. During this mission, he spent significant time in the Kingdom of Thailand, visited the Republic of Maldives on two occasions, and developed relationships with partners across Asia while advancing the long-term international vision of the Foundation and the broader Shaker International Enterprises family of organizations.
The journey helped establish new international partnerships that will support future initiatives involving endangered species protection, wildlife conservation, education, and international cooperation.
Although Morad Shaker has only spent a few days in Cheyenne and has not yet had the opportunity to visit other parts of Wyoming, he has expressed deep appreciation for the people, the welcoming environment, the positive spirit, and the unique character of the state.

I have come to Wyoming not only to establish the headquarters of our organizations but also to serve the people of this great state while building international humanitarian and conservation initiatives that can benefit generations to come.”
