Operation Bangladesh was never meant to be public.
It was designed as a highly confidential humanitarian initiative, a long-term vision of Morad Shaker—originally structured to serve Bangladesh exclusively, with a planned launch in 2025.
However, after facing significant challenges and major disruptions within Bangladesh, the project was forced into delay. At one point, the entire initiative came close to disappearing before it ever reached the people it was built for.
But it did not.
After careful restructuring and renewed determination, Operation Bangladesh has now resumed—stronger, more structured, and ready to expand beyond its original borders.
Today marks that turning point.
For the first time in its history, the door has opened to another nation—and Thailand stands as the first to move forward.
Following detailed review, negotiation, and consideration, a petition submitted by a citizen of Thailand has been officially approved by Morad Shaker. As a result, 100,000 opportunities have now been allocated to Thailand, marking the first international extension of Operation Bangladesh.
This is not a general allocation.
These approved individuals are being placed within the Hope Registry—a structured global entry system connected to the upcoming Shaker Global Poverty Reduction programs. This registry represents a waiting list for future inclusion, with the first approved participants expected to begin entering the full system by the end of 2026.
It is important to recognize the significance of this moment.
Operation Bangladesh was originally designed to prioritize the most vulnerable and underserved populations in the world. Thailand was not initially among the countries expected to receive early access. Yet today, it becomes the first nation approved in this new phase.
This reflects both the strength of the petition and the readiness demonstrated.
Additional applications from Thailand are already under review, as more communities step forward with hope and purpose.
