Operation Bangladesh, together with the broader humanitarian initiatives of SISP (Shaker International Scholarship Programs) and the Shaker Global Poverty Reduction framework founded by Morad Shaker, is formally opening limited community-based humanitarian petition access for eligible citizens of Bangladesh.

BANGLADESH COMMUNITY PETITION AUTHORIZATION
Operation Bangladesh, together with the broader humanitarian initiatives of SISP (Shaker International Scholarship Programs) and the Shaker Global Poverty Reduction framework founded by Morad Shaker, is formally opening limited community-based humanitarian petition access for eligible citizens of Bangladesh.
Authorized petitions may be submitted for:
* villages
* local communities
* student groups
* vulnerable families
* humanitarian projects
* and community support initiatives

At this stage, national-level petitions for Bangladesh are not authorized under this framework.
The Bangladesh community petition framework is intended exclusively for independent community-based humanitarian participation and is not currently open to governmental or political institutional submissions.
All petitions will undergo independent humanitarian review and evaluation based on structure, accountability, community impact, and operational eligibility.
This framework remains focused on:
* dignity,
* transparency,
* accountability,
* and long-term humanitarian development.
