# Morad Shaker Personally Opens Ukraine Humanitarian Petition Under Operation Bangladesh International Expansion
## OFFICIAL HUMANITARIAN INITIATIVE NOTICE
While international humanitarian petitions under [Operation Bangladesh](https://www.operationbangladesh.org/) are generally expected to be initiated by citizens, representatives, or supporters connected to the nation requesting humanitarian participation, this time the Founder himself has personally opened and activated an international humanitarian petition pathway connected to Ukraine.
Morad Shaker, Founder of Operation Bangladesh, [Shaker International Scholarship Programs (SISP)](https://www.shakerinternationalscholarshipprograms.org, and the [Shaker Global Poverty Reduction Initiative](https://www.sgpre.org, has formally initiated this humanitarian activation under the evolving international framework currently being developed through the Shaker Global Poverty Reduction Ecosystem.
Ukraine has endured extraordinary hardship during one of the most difficult periods in its modern history. Millions of Ukrainian families continue facing displacement, instability, economic pressure, uncertainty, and long-term humanitarian challenges affecting daily life and national stability.
To the brave people of Ukraine β and to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy:
Your resilience, courage, sacrifice, and continued defense of your homeland through years of conflict and hardship have earned the respect of people across the world. The strength demonstrated by the Ukrainian nation stands as a powerful example of endurance, unity, and national determination.
From this moment forward, I stand with the people of Ukraine in humanitarian solidarity. My hope is that as the Shaker Global Poverty Reduction Ecosystem enters larger operational phases toward the end of 2026 and beyond, meaningful humanitarian support systems and structured participation pathways may eventually be explored to assist Ukrainian communities and future recovery efforts.
This activation represents a humanitarian initiative β not a political position.
Its purpose is to evaluate whether structured community-based humanitarian participation pathways may eventually become integrated into the broader international framework currently being developed through Operation Bangladesh, SISP, and the Shaker Global Poverty Reduction ecosystem founded by Morad Shaker.

Operation Bangladesh was originally developed with a primary humanitarian focus connected to Bangladesh under a large-scale allocation structure intended to support vulnerable communities and long-term poverty reduction efforts.
However, as the broader operational framework continues evolving through phased review and international development β and as ongoing structural and operational challenges connected to Bangladesh remain under continuing evaluation β portions of the humanitarian participation and allocation framework are now being explored internationally beyond the borders of Bangladesh.
Under future approvals and international participation phases, certain humanitarian allocation pathways originally intended for Bangladesh may eventually be reassigned or shared across additional approved nations participating within the broader Operation Bangladesh and Shaker Global Poverty Reduction framework.
Recent international humanitarian petition activity has also emerged connected to countries including Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Fiji, and additional nations currently under review, with further international participation requests continuing to arrive.
Future approved participants may eventually become eligible for humanitarian review, participation pathways, or future registration opportunities within portions of the Shaker Global Poverty Reduction Ecosystem as larger international deployment phases continue developing into 2027 and beyond.
